Weber Grill Parts

When buying any type of Weber grill parts you need to have an understanding of what you are looking for. You can also check each item’s warranty here: Weber Grill Warranty. Here is a list of Weber replacement grill parts.
Weber Stainless Steel GratesCooking Grate (Stainless Steel)- The stainless steel cooking grate is found on both the Summit and Genesis Natural Gas Grills. Stainless steel will not rust, corrode or stain as easily as other types of steel. The chromium oxide on stainless steel will prevent corrosion from spreading into the metal. These grates are great to have if you are exposed to a lot of air and moisture. Stainless steel grates have little maintenance and are the easiest to clean.

Summit – The Summit 4 burner models (420, 450, 460 and 470) consist of 2 grates. Each of these grates are 57″high, 66″wide and 30″deep and with a diameter of 9mm. The Summit 6 burner models (620, 650, 660, and 670) consist of 3 stainless steel grates. These grates are the largest being 57″high, 74″wide, and 30″deep with a diameter of 9mm.

Genesis – Both styles of Genesis Natural Gas Grills (310 and 320) have stainless steel grates as well. Each of these 3 burner models consist of 2 grates. The size of the Genesis stainless steel grate is 64.5″high, 60″wide, and 30″deep with a diameter of 7mm.
Weber Porcelain GrateCooking Grate (Porcelain Enameled) – The porcelain enameled cooking grate is found on the Spirit Grill. Porcelain is a ceramic material known for its strength and toughness. Electricity can not pass through porcelain, therefore it acts as an insulator. These grates are known to cook food evenly, but they will have to be replaced more frequent. Usually every 3 – 5 years.
Spirit – All Spirit models (210, 310 and 320) come with porcelain enameled cooking grates. The Spirit 2 burner model (210) has 2 porcelain grates which are 60″high, 52″wide and 22.25″deep. The Spirit 3 burner models (310 and 320) have 2 porcelain grates which are 62″high, 55″wide, and 25.5″deep.

weber flavorizer barFlavorizer Bars – Flavorizer Bars are a Weber patent and they were first introduced on the Weber Genesis Jr. series in 1985. The Weber flavorizer bars are similar to a flame tamer. They are bars which are placed underneath the cooking grates inside your grill. These bars are essential because they protect the burners from direct drippings from food. These drippings will evaporate on the bars and provide more flavor back to the food which is being grilled. The flavorizers also help to distribute heat evenly across the entire grill by converting the flame output of the burners to infrared energy.

Burner TubeBurners (Stainless Steel) Stainless steel burners are usually found on higher end grills because of their longevity. Stainless steel is easier to clean and will not corrode or rust easily as low end aluminum steel or cast brass burners. Each burner has port holes which evenly distribute heat transfer across your grill and helps to provide a stable blue flame.
Summit – (420, 450, 460 and 470) 4 burners
Summit – (620, 650, 660, and 670) 6 burners
Genesis – (310 and 320) 3 burners
Spirit – (210) has 2 burners
Spirit – (310 and 320) have 3 burners
All of these grills have stainless steel burners.
Gas Grill Cleaning is important for having your accessories last longer. Make sure you are spending the time to take care of your grill for an overall better cooking experience.
